Title: Preventive Privacy Protection for Victims of Infraction in the Context of the Directive 2012/29/EU

Abstract: The article examines whether Czech law adequately protects the privacy and personal data of victims in administrative infraction proceedings under Directive 2012/29/EU. It identifies disparities between victims of crimes and victims of infractions, particularly regarding early protection, file access, and the prevention of secondary victimization.
