Title: Labour Law Approach of Compensation, with Special Attention to the Damage to Employees' Health

Abstract: The article examines compensation for violations of employees’ life, physical integrity, health, and personality rights within Hungarian labour law. It analyses employer liability, occupational safety duties, the functions and amount of compensation, and the relevant judicial practice.
