Title: In Search of Rights to Political Participation: The Emerging Voice of National Minorities in BiH in Light of EU Integration

Abstract: The article examines the political exclusion of national minorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, particularly after the Sejdić and Finci judgment. It argues that fragmented EU conditionality and domestic ethnic power structures have obstructed constitutional reform and effective minority participation.
