Title: EU Impact on the Interpretation of International Treaties by Ukrainian Courts
Abstract: The article examines how Ukrainian courts interpret international treaties and how EU law influences this process despite lacking direct binding force in Ukraine. It finds that references to EU legislation and case law remain limited and inconsistent but indicate gradual Europeanization of judicial reasoning.
