Title: Does the Labor Law Regulation Make You Happy? Legal and Social Situation of Male Employees After Starting a Family

Abstract: The article examines the legal and social position of fathers in employment, focusing on flexibility stigma, excessive working hours, and unequal access to family-related leave. It argues that flexible employment arrangements and family-friendly workplace policies can improve employee well-being while supporting equal parental participation.
