Title: Complex Approach to the Atypical Forms of Employment Contracts

Abstract: The article examines atypical employment relationships through labour-law, economic, sociological, and public-policy perspectives. It evaluates Hungarian regulation concerning job sharing, multiple employers, self-employment, simplified employment, domestic work, and school cooperatives, with particular attention to vulnerable workers.
